Drop in PC performance?

I have 2 computers and Phase 3 is running way worse than Phase 2.5. The FPS is horrible. Is anyone else seeing a massive drop in performance?

That's to be expected though, new build, less optimization of whatever newest thing they are experimenting and testing with.
Just dial back settings until it works (assuming, again, you're not on one of those weird cursed laptops that can't manage regardless) and try raising them every time they patch.
I'm waiting for the "Chrono Odyssey patch", where low settings are actually optimized, instead of mid or high ones.
Back when i tested Phase 1 during like ... ... ... first or second Day or so -> the Frame-Rate was AAAAABSOLUTELY horrible (lol) and People clipped/teleported left and right from my Perspective.
A few Days later -> the Stability was apparently optimized and everything ran more smoothly from there on. I just assume it is the same for the Start of Phase 3.
Like : all the System or at least Prototype-Systems which are supposed to be finished and fleshed out later on towards Release -> are now all online and active even if some Features of the Game are currently disabled (like Freeholds),
and maybe in the Time-Span of the next Days or until next Week or so -> it will get better for your PC.
Worst Case -> maybe the Demands for everyone's Hardware has risen now, now that all Systems of the Game are about to be tackled during Development - and that means some PC's who were sufficient for Phase One or Two may struggle now or are not up to it anymore.
I think a Statement from Sir Steven and/or Intrepid as a whole can give more Clarity.
