Crashing on Character Creator

Discussion Title - Crashing on Character Creator

Description
When I get to various stages/steps of the character creator, it freezes or crashes the client.
This morning, it froze three times, and I manually ended the program through the launcher UI.
It crashed once on launch after the warning screen
It crashed again during the hair options in CC.

Bug Reproduction Steps
  1. Launch Game
  2. click through warning
  3. (possible crash here)
  4. clicked on US server
  5. clicked to add new character
  6. selected Nicua Dwarves (male)
  7. selected archetype
  8. selected hair style (froze here)
  9. selected muscle definition (froze here)
  10. selected hair color - secondary (froze here)
  11. hit 'next' (crashed)

Expected Result
I expect to be able to create a character and load it into the game, with them.
