Missing mechanics and keybinds since Phase III?

osnaposnap Member, Alpha Two
Did they get rid of mouse overs for any reason?... Healing with mouse on characters was working previously before Phase III.  Also the pvp toggle option seems to be not available anymore... i have to hold down the force pvp button while trying to use my other keybinds ect... Is this going to be how it is or will the pvp toggle come back into key binds?

As far as I know both those changes are intentional (but at least one of them is moreso a change to a default than 'a removal of a function'.
You can always have my opinions, they are On The House.

You can now attack flagged people freely, if you have that option turned on. You don't need to hold down alt at all. But you do need to hold it down if keep attacking a green player, because this mechanic prevents you from "accidentally" killing them.

So being red getting attacked by people didn’t change them to purple… so their names stayed non pvp… which forces me to hold force pvp down right or am I missing the setting name?

Green players don't become flagged when they attack Red ones. That's the intended design. Being a PKer is not a valid gameplay style in Ashes and it's the most punishing state you can be in within the game.

And so, yes, you'll have to always hold down alt if you want to PK a green player.
