Ranger Feedback ( Power Shot Rework)

Power Shot feels bad mainly because of the recovery time and its a less satisfying animation than headshot. So it's the first I'd rework.
I would turn the spell into a 0.3s cast single target skillshot with low damage, high range and speed but very narrow hitbox. You can keep the focus generating passive but I'd also make weapon finishers shorten the CD of the spell.
Then I'd add an optional augment that gives you a second press for a short dash if/when you hit the spell.
And if you want it to be really satisfying you make it so you can auto attack or start a cast during the dash, that single spell would make the class feel way more alive.
General combat feedback:
I think skillshots tied to cooldown reduction or movement are really satisfying and you should incorporate more of that on any class to make them feel more rewarding and interactive.
A static 2 sec tab targeted cast is not fun unless the sound design and animation are top tier but gameplay wise it doesn't add much. And for hard cc spells it should almost never be tab targeted because it feels like shit on both ends.
