Arcane Engineering Recipies - fix plz

Unless im doing something completely wrong, i've learned 5 recopies now and when I go to the apprentice crafting station, none of them appear as craft able items. Please fix this, seems kinda pointless if im limited to 1 new item every 10 levels.

Lightning charged forsaken blades wand
Bronze energy spellbook
Forsaken blades spell book
