Weird UI crash at startup

So....im not a computer person so ill just say what happened. I have a duel monitor set up and NIVIDA card,
I tried loading into ashes and both screens went black for 20 seconds, then the main screen looked like the loading screen for a split second and then went dark, then 10 second later the second monitor looked like it was coming back on then went dark. then 10 second later both screens came back on and a UI crash was kinda....merged? with the alpha launcher, i had to task manager both things because neither would respond
