Preferential Key bindings

Okay, so as the title suggests, I am curious about your personal key bindings. As soon as I started to play(recently), I knew I wasn't super happy with the set up on the default key bindings. I am still refining my bindings, but I am curious as to if you changed a few or several bindings, which keys you changed/their function, and do you use any special keyboards/mice?
I will say I am currently using a Razer Blackwidow V4 X, an AULA Excalibur SI-881 gaming keyboard(one handed), and a Steelseries Rival 500 gaming mouse.
I am one of those weird people who does not use "W, A, S, D" but I transition to using "E, S, D, F" as I use my pinky finger for more than pressing L-Shift/L-CTRL. I am able to utilize "Q, A, Z, 1, ~, L-Shift, L-CTRL" though yes a couple are a bit of a stretch.
So tell me about your changes/modifications, any difficulties you had to overcome or even macros you use, I'd love to hear about them!

Q,E,R,T,G,V,C (shift, ctrl, alt modifiers also)
Thumb button 1 and 2 for blocking and dodging
capslock to switch weapons
An additional mousekey for basic weapon attacks (I use logitech g502 x)
All that being said though, I wish they could enable Functionkeys 13-24 as usable keybinds, would work perfectly with my mmo mouse which is currently in a deskdrawer.. its like the perfect answer to the keybind problem.
Dont wanna use numpads because they randomly turn off while gaming, tried it before.
F1-F12 sounds smart until you hit the modifier ALT-F4 .. lol
1-5 on the keyboard can still be used by hands.
Obv the answer to that is simply keybind 6-0 and the remaining Function keys to the mouse..
But Ive got other shit bound to my F1-F12 function keys, like recording software etc etc.
The brilliant and easy answer is simply for MMO games to actually enable F13-F24 as keybinds, but NO ONE EVER DOES for whatever reason.
