Lighting Bug

There seems to be a lighting bug that I have really only seen occur at night time. While riding around Riverlands, specifically to the east of Joeva in this instamce, the lighting flicks from bright to dark night time. I assume this is a bug and not intended as it's rather immersion killing. The lighting transition happens toward the beginning and end of the clips.
