Lift the limit on all novice artisan skills by 5 levels (base artisan extends to level 15)

I think a major issue players are having with the artisan system is that by the time you want to engage with it you have to grind up multiple skills to Apprentice and replace the tools you got at the start of the game that you haven't gotten any use out of up to that point. I feel that instead novice gather/ process/ crafting should be extended to level 15 so that a new player once they hit level 10 will hit a nice flow of all this new content they unlocked in Settlements (nodes) and craft a weapon / gear set to progress form level 10 to 20.
Starting the game out you fly by leveling until about level 8 or so and level 9 to 10 is a hell level grind and once you hit level 10 so many systems open to the player via nodes and market places and all of that feels great and flows well except the gathering/crafting part it feels like a giant STOP sign that takes the player out of their flow state.
The grind from level 8 to 10 already feels tedious as is. And having gather/ process/ crafting essentially turn Inaccessible once you hit level 10 because you need to level skills AND get new tools for those skills to meaningfully interact with the world after level 10 is a huge feels bad.
I feel a simply change of lifting the Apprentice artisan barrier to level 15 would do wonders to relive the crafting woes of the early game. The game wants to open so many systems to you once you hit level 10 being able to craft level 10 gear just makes that flow state all the better.
