Zinjala's Fury

Member, Braver of Worlds, Alpha One, Alpha Two, Early Alpha Two
In the Minotaur quest line there is a quest called Zinjala's Fury. You need to speak to Zinjala to recover the stolen horn. However, he won't speak with you unless you defeat his guards. The issue is, the guards remain green and are unattackable. When I try to talk to Zinjala, it says "You do not have the requirements to perform this action." I've searched online, asked the discord community, and asked in game. No one seems to know about this quest line or quest. The only thing I find is the skeleton of a page on the wiki. I'm unable to further this quest.
