Hi, i push game button and i have two windows like this:

and then, right window just close (after 10-20 sec) and i have one launcher window like this:

i try restart ang reinstall game twice ... game still doesnt work ... situation the same
pls HELP

    I am experiencing the crash after pressing the launch Game button too. I just purchased the Alpha Pack today, and this is my first experience here. I understand that this is an ALPHA game and I expect this, but I just wanted to know if there is something I am missing? I reinstalled everything and updated all drivers and the suggested updates. I restarted the system, but it still does the same: it goes to an Ashes of Creation screen and then goes black. Please help, I would love to be able to be a part of the game.
