Solution to vendor storage option

Back in P2.5 it was possible to access the ZOI storage via any vendor in the ZOI. This was a really good QoL improvement for crafters not having to run between storage and crafting tables/buildings. A good QoL improvement for everyone. Especially in settlements where the layout meant the storage was further from the market/tables than other layouts (Miralith for example). The problem was, and later identified when crates were introduced that it was possible to make a construction crate at Briarsmoor Farm of Avons End, store it via the vendor, then run free to Winstead or Joeva, pick up the crate and use it. This clearly could be abused as an exploit and the vendor storage access was removed from game.

A solution to this which would allow the return of storage option in vendors is to make Briarsmoor Farm and Avons End their own ZOI. Example just like Breezewater Harbour and all the other harbours that have their own ZOI isolating their storage system. This ensures the crate storage system cannot be abused.

Also during the early part of the game before settlement nodes advance it would allow the novice table access to local storage rather than a constant travel back and forth between BF and Samia's or AE and Lionhold. An added bonus would be to remove these areas from the settlement node ZOI so they no longer get increased advantage at the early stages to level the settlements, giving New Aela, Halcy and Mira a fighting chance to beat Winstead and Joeva to Village stage and vassal control.

What are peoples thoughts on this, I feel there are clear advantages for everyone, and I cant think of any negatives.

Less unnecessary travelling.
Improved QoL for storage options.
Fairer ZOI experience accumulation.
Ensures exploiting cannot resume with crates.
