Please make the new title/cloak dyes apply to pre-order pack skins

I am hoping this is the intention, it would be a nice bone to throw to the people that forked over 300USD.
At the very least, have the cosmetic skin not over-write cloaks so we can choose an actual cloak to apply the dye on whenever you have one of the titles equipped. If neither of these 2 things happen, it's basically a nice legacy feature that does not apply to pre-order pack purchases with use of their cosmetic skin.
