It feels massively dissappointing to have paid £140 5 years ago to have no earlier access than the general public and nothing more than a little bit of currency and a mount. No admin even commentring on this feeds talking about it. feels badly organised and a total lack of communincation or respect for those that supported the game during development. I desperatly hope the game lives up to the early hype but dont have much confidence currently. Website is poor, forum is dead and devs seem only interested in youtube videos. please show some respect for those that have supported you....where is the communication to the doners....I feel dissapointed a ripped off

    According to my 'account' I have a Beta1 key and a beta 2 key. Is there even going to be 'beta' tesing. assume not. if so why have I not had an email or clairty in my account explaining the process. It is all really dissrespecful, a lot of money to support a game I belived in but now dont trust.... sorry but I am angry

    There will be betas. They just will not be any different from the current alpha. And you didn't get ignored. You got your little cosmetic and iirc slightly more sub time and embers for even more cosmetics. Rejoiiice!

    People will also tell you that you shoulda known this beforehand, because you "supported the development, so why did you even expect anything extra for that? That's on you!"

    This same thing also happened to A2 bundle buyers. One month it's "omg bundles are going away! Maaake sure to get your bundles for $250-375!! They'll go away aaaany moment now and we won't sell them anymore". Then half a year later they sell A2 access for $120. And not just that, but they near-immediately cave in to the complaints and instead of only selling keys (so at least partially truthful to the "we won't sell bundles) they go full bundle style on that price. The only thing missing was the cosmetic, but who the fuck cares about those.

    We have been ignored. I havent recieved a single email about my ealry access package allowing me to play the game on the 11th December. I had to find out through Social media marketing. Thanks for explaining there will still be Beta access but why do I need to come to a forum to find that out!? Zero communication to ealry access doners, how hard would a quick emial be to send to those that supported the game? I totally understood that donating was overpaying, but I wanted to do that to suport the industry I love. But I expect to be updated on my purchase. I think that's reasonable

    You're simply too early. That email will come out closer to Dec11. Intrepid have always done this. Their communication happens either super close to some change or, sometimes, even after that change.

    What are you talking about? They haven't ignored us. They have been communicating since 2017.
    I bought during the Kickstarter, and I get the same access as the general public as well. We paid to test, not to be 'special'.

    You may want to check your email settings as I get monthly emails from them as well. And other emails. Alerts about Steam, alerts about PTR. Now that I think about it, I get too many emails...

    Why are you worrying about Beta access when they have stated that Beta will be the last testing before launch. Since it hasn't started yet, you cannot assume anything.

    The funny thing is that even w/o starting Beta all the beta purchasers will get access on Dec11. But the $42 people will also get that access, which is why people from ye olden days where they paid way more than $42 are kinda upset.

    I am not upset, and I paid a whole lot more than $42.
    Who cares about Beta? We got access earlier, so we got what we paid for!
