Other players looting crafting items from my corpse is BS!

I spent hours crafting and was not able to put certain items in the bank so I kept them on me. When I later died, I watched another player loot my corpse. If I am expected to grind, then I expect to KEEP the stuff I put my time into.

I just rage quite this game….

I understand the idea of villain/hero. BUT… there needs to be a way to secure 10's of hrs of crafting time so that a player is not **** because they have no way to store things before they go out adventuring. The 'Storage Clerk' will only accept random items, not rares like 'Riverlands Essence'. It is Alpha, 100% forgiveness but this needs to be ironed out as it equates to real time once the 1.0 happens.

Even when you try to put it in your material tab? There are two sections to the storage if you didnt know.

This could be my bad. Is there a way to store crafted items at the 'storage' vendor. I was not able to do so.

Yeah my guy you can store crafting goods in the crafting tab of the storage clerk.

look its really not your fault. the inventory ui for storage is dogwater anyway. i find myself trying to store my mats and it failing all the time because i forget to swap the tab. It should just put it in there if theres space even if im not on the tab for it.

Steven shouldn't remove anything. Losing items and looting - is one of the best Ashes mechanics.

IDK. I like the system. There is a reason NOT to die apart from some XP debt. Dying means something AND you can benefit if you loot other people's corpse AND you open up for PvP if you like that sort of thing. You lose stuff even if no one picks up the stuff from your corpse, I believe. You just lose more if people loot you.

You are basically saying "the system is great, because it prevents you from having fun".

While a system that makes people specifically want to avoid death is good, an actual good system would be one that prevents an amount of future progression, as opposed to one that removes an amount of already gained progression.
