i lost like 800-1k max hp. Checking patch notes and no see anything about it anyone know something ?

Did not see anything on patch notes, heavy armor, lvl 13
I am missing Hp also like 600-700 hp on my tank
Tank here as well missing 700 ish Hp at level 13. Just worked my ass off getting geared to come back and 20% or so Hp is missing. Can we get an update on this? Thanks from the Tanks :)
They change amount of hp in some items i think and thats is a reason. Only would be nice put it to patch notes.
