EAC Failure: Failed login, errno: 12

After selecting my character on the server I am playing on, I click on "Play". It goes into the loading screen and then gives the following error:

Restarting the launcher does not fix the issue.

I tried Verifying the integrity of files on Steam, no success.

I have also tried a full PC restart, no success. Any suggestions?

same thing is happening to me. I also fully reinstalling the game and still nothing. I am kind of lost how to resolve this issue

Same issue here, have done everything. Ipconfig, flush DNS, restart computer, made sure everything is updated, used exitlag, and not. still no joy for more then 15 seconds if I get in. Is anyone even working on this issue today?

I removed EAC file, verfid files did not work. I uninstalled, reinstalled got in long enough to pet 1 animal than got error again. No clue how to fix

It is not our issue. it is game issue. funny how it happened after the steam issue. probably tied to that somehow.

I ran into this issue earlier today. Performing the EAC workaround on the Known Issues page allowed the login to complete . That's currently bullet point 5 under Troubleshooting. Good luck!

Same here. Had this issue before Steam launch. They said I would have to wait for Steam as that will fix the issue.

Couldn't play until Steam launch. I guess I have to wait for full launch. What are the chances it will be the same then.
