They completely ruin the water content.
I see no future at all for salt water fishing.
Risk vs Reward isn't worth it at all… especially if your boat gets destroyed…
Remove those flying things… I'm sure you can't think of other perks for mayors…
kind of also agree with this….
Flying mount are always an issue in every single open world game.
The worst part is i heard they want to make aerial combat… Anyway for now they are ued by mayor to drone over area, for resources or PvP, Of course i would love to have them removed, but it won't happen so I just hope it remain that way and flying mount never get normalized.

There shouldn't be more than 20 or so total flying mounts per server at any given time, and they should be distributed in a way that at least in theory should prevent all being held by a single faction. Though if the game ends up like Albion (as I've heard), then it is possible that some form of functional mafia will take place where all zones are held by a single organization or group of collaborators.
However, even in that case, there shouldn't be enough of them to actually cover the whole map effectively, not to mention actually bringing in enough of a force to compete with even slightly structured group, if trying to cover the entire world. That said, Intrepid is on a tight rope here: endgame cannot be so limited that those 20 flying mounts can effectively monopolize all of it.
As for the gliding mounts (tier 2), if the game ends up being anything like Archeage (gliders), then they won't really trivialize anything, beyond being a convenient way to travel. That said, I have not seen them in play myself, so I can't really comment much on them; if the gliding mounts can be abused to catch up with other methods of travel, then they could be a potential issue. (e.g. they shouldn't be able to catch up a boat you are chasing with another one on open waters)
It should be turned off. It provides nothing to the EXTREMEME majority of the player base and is number 17 of things that exist only to be exploited at the expense of the testers.
