Community/Alliance Chat

If possible please look into this feature.  Some games have done it great where we can add people to a chat, even in the cases of 500 or so people so people have a tab they can coordinate with alliances, or communities can talk to its members outside of guilds (especially since all new mmorpgs like the idea of leveling up their guild roster).  This feature is incredible useful for big gaming communities, or even smaller guilds that want to work closely with other guilds.
