Negative Player Sanctions etc

Say you have a player who is constantly pking other players and generally being a PITA to other players. These players typical response to punishments is to just switch to another non sanctioned character. Punishment on one character should be punishment on all characters with that account. That should help suppress the griefer's. OR is this system already in place ?

Penalty carrying over to another character is a terrible idea. The system in place makes it so you won't br able to have a bunch of alts to grief but the corruption system isn't some sort of punishment system like reporting someone for bad behavior, it's a game system that has rules and limitations. Doing 1 thing on 1 character weight impact another. But the system does prevent PK alts.
