Mouse Calibration?

I just downloaded the game and launched for the first time, my mouse is not calibrated with my cursor (hope that makes sense). Wherever my computer shows my mouse being, the game seems to think it is about an inch to the left. This is problematic because I can't press anything on the right side of the screen (play button and options bar). Any solutions to this?

Press Alt+Enter, which will put you into windowed mode. You should be able to change the resolution to your liking from there.
