    A buckler doesnt really work really well against spears, you know that right?
    Swords? No problem. Spears, axes etc? Not really.

    7th lvl spiritual weapons beats both mordekaines and arcane sword. It does not need concentration for you to use it...
    The dmg ks a bit lower then both, but like i said... you dont need concentration.
    But mordekains sword is a very bad spell from the very beginning. Bigbys hand, reverse gravity or ottos irresistible dance beats it easily.
    (Mordekaines sword at 7th lvl over 3 rounds: 66 dmg, bigbys hand at 7th lvl over 3 rounds: 108 dmg)
    Even non concentration spells beat it easily:
    Crown of stars, steel wind strike etc deal all more dmg then mordekaines sword...


    If you manage to get black blade of disaster on a monk with touch effects then its gg (because it counts as a melee touch effect). It is pretty strong, be ause its dmg depends on the casters lvl (max 40d6 dmg), especilally because it slips thpugh magical defenses...
    Never played with evards tbh.
