I never understood such comments.
Are you a company representative and will you bear responsibility in turning away an interested customer?
What gives you such sense of homage that you can be suggestive in such way as to make others feel allianeted?
Does it make feel empowered in this community?
"You can leave"
"K bye"
"Can I have your stuff?"
"If you dont like it go"
Do you know how unoriginal you sound?
This life has been lived thousands of times in forums.
I am an mmorpg PvPr.
I dont care for Battlegrounds.
I like the fact that AoC wants an open world without the greater focus being instanced content (PvP BGs and PvE dungeons).
However so far I have only seen the vision, not the actual game.
The only thing I dont like so far is the looks of the characters. Too thin, too bend.
Not the look of the mmorpg asventurer I imagine.
There isnt much to see yet. People cant judge yet. Nothing has started yet.
Maybe before jumping to conclusions, you read Skaff's post history. Dude is the resident troll.
I would have said he's an enigma but you are probably right
Say what?
It would suggest that his posts are purposeful trolls, rather than incoherent ramblings.
I tend to try and give people the benefit of the doubt
I’ve given a bit of thought to what he is. (Not too much, it’s not worth it.) Maybe a non-native English speaker? That might explain some of the incomprehensibility, but if that was all it was then you should be able to divine a coherent idea behind the word salad, and often you can’t.
Maybe a medical condition? Possible. I’m not sure what it is, but that could be it.
The one thing I do think is that Skaff means well. I don’t get malice in his posts. Every now and then he gets huffy and attacks people but that’s just a regular internet disagreement. Not jerkish or trolling behavior.
And then every now and then he says something comprehensible and even good, and I agree with him. It’s like when a cat suddenly starts talking. It’s mind-blowing and makes my day.
As much as his posts give me a headache most of the time, he’s a jewel on these forums and I hope he never goes away.
The answer I came up with is; Australian.
To me, that in itself explains all that he is, all that we see from him.
Totally agree that there is a total lack of malice in his posts as well. His level of malice seems to be on par with his level of understanding.
I'm Australian. Not since the Koala Wars have I hard such a far-fetched theory.
maybe he took part in the Great emu war
I doubt it those brave heroes have long since passed, into legend.
But it's so entertaining
