concerned about the guild system.

I really like the idea of leveling up guilds and choosing more people or passive buffs. But what is stopping people from just going full buffs, then when the guild is full they just make a sister guild, eg The Royals (2). Rinse and repeat until you have dozens of these and they all form a guild alliance essentially making one giant guild

    Because only 4 guilds in one Alliance and after that you'll be hitting each other with aoes in mass pvp.

    Lving up a guild will be fairly hard. My suggestion is to limit member cap to 100.

    That's the point, I guess. Stronger guilds will split themselves into smaller groups for maximum guild benefits, then form an alliance. Don't be worried about it at this point, though.

    Guild cohesion and retention is always a problem and over time the dynamics are most likely to erode any mega guilds that did manage to form.
