    Dispelling/kicking isn't how you get top damage in wow, and when people are looking at whether or not you get loot or belong in the group, the first thing they check is damage.

    Dying doesn't get you top damage either. You really need dps with brains.

    As much as I hate WoW, easily the worst thing about the game is the way it encourages players (or guilds) to treat each other as disposable.

    This is just an example of that.

    Rest assured, this kind of treatment isnt normal in most games.
