Have you ever considered adding some survival elements in the game? For example, a need to eat and drink or even managing how hot or cold you are.
It would help with immersion when traversing great distances with caravans. Needing to stop because you are cold or hungry would create a lot of interesting scenarios.
Will Ashes of Creation adopt the model of other games like Lost Ark and Tarisland where you are able to purchase a market currency like crystals and then convert the crystals into in-game currency which can be used on the player market?
Will glint (and resources) become "corrupted" glint (and resources) when a gatherer loots the ashes of another gatherer, not involved in caravan fight?

Hi! I found that idea of quests has something in common in Baldurs Gate 3 and Ashes of Creation.
In BG3 it was made really great. Main quests have mark on map and a lot of side ones was hidden. Such was told through letters or hints, so it was really fun to find. And I love how it affects the world.
So the question is, what do you think about making similar quest system (and maybe some other cool stuff from DnD inspired game) in AoC?
A question about NPC-faction variety and world-size:
There are currently a good number of spawn-in locations to Verra. In your videos and social media content, we've learned about such low-level factions as the Shifting Coin Bandits.
Will each of the 5 load-in Nodes see their own sets of low-level NPC factions in the surrounding lands, or will the NPC factions we encounter be the same world-wide for our level ranges?
The recent update videos about freehold ownership, mayoral powers, nodes, and caravans seem like they all tend to benefit large guilds who can consolidate resources to a few individual quickly. Will there be any sort of systems in place to allow smaller guilds to compete on even footing outside of the guild specialization perks already discussed?
Can the individual 'buttons' in the hotbar be moved around as separate UI elements, for example to put one specific button on a different part of the screen away from the others?

Will there be Artisanship activities that require cooperative crafting, and if so, can you elaborate on that?
Especially interested if it is cooperative same time activities?
We know players will be able to place buildings, props, and crop and livestock sections on their freeholds; but is there any intent on allowing for landscaping of any kind? Will players be able to shift the terrain, such as by raising, lowering, or leveling it?
How in-depth will the espionage/subterfuge gameplay elements be, and based on that, will there be an emphasis on counterplay such as using social deduction to weed out spies?
What does Steven’s and Margaret’s interpretation of high fantasy look like? Does it include something like arcanepunk and necro punk since we know it doesn’t include steampunk?
As it stands, the same armour set looks different for each race. How do you plan to have large varieties of in-game achievable gear for each race if you have to make 9 different looks for a single set?
What variety of consumables will be available, and how accessible will they be for players at different stages of the game? Will high-level or rare consumables offer significantly better benefits?

This is just a minor thing but I´d still love to know if there´ll be account statistics and character statistics in Ashes just like what Guild Wars 2 has when you type "/age" in the chat.
It shows something like "You have played this character for XXXX hours, XX minutes over the past XXXX days. Across all characters, you have played for XXXX hours, XX minutes over the past XXXX days."
I´d actually love to have something like that in Ashes
In the case of freeholds, we know that there will be six construction slots available with one mandatory construction, which is the house. The question is, once the house has been built, how many processing stations can be built in the remaining five slots? Can all five slots be processing stations or is there a lower limit?
How are you going to lower the barrier for certain class types? Tanks and Healers are classes that a lot of people would want to play, but they don't because of the learning curve and team pressure/toxicity. Which results in long waiting times for dungeons and raids.
Maybe add a NPC training arena and training dungeons with a NPC team? Each training arena and dungeon could have 10 difficulty levels to learn the ins and out of a class and it's mechanics and rotations?
Reflecting on the strategy of WoW SoD, would it be a potential for Ashes, rather than releasing 0-60 at launch to slow down the speed run mentality and break up the level caps? Or perhaps gatekeeping level gains behind node progression in some way?
