Religion and augments

Are the religious augments going to have a decent impact on PVP? Maybe certain attacks would do more dmg or have bonus effects against corrupted Targets? Because I heard Divine nodes are going to be more PVE oriented I was just curious if religion and their bonuses could have an effect in PVP as well.
