Alpha Two Phase III testing has begun! During this phase, our realms will be open every day, and we'll only have downtime for updates and maintenance. We'll keep everyone up-to-date about downtimes in Discord.

500$ Intrepid pre-order pack bought in 2018 but I dont have alpha 2 access

I bought the 500$ dollar pack back in 2018 that should have had alpha 1, alpha 2 and all future access, but i don't currently have access to alpha 2. The preoprder pack upgrade 3 is listed under my account inventory, but under transaction history it only lists 2 separate 250$ transactions which were the original purchase and the upgrade to next pack. I submitted a ticket but hoping I can get additional help considering the ticket probably wont even be answered before this weeks testing is done.

    I submitted a ticket with support and they got back to me surprisingly fast. Within 6 hours of the ticket posting they corrected the problem. Some of the very old packs did not apply the alpha access correctly and they were able to correct it and grant me access. After this time the option for the launcher appeared on the website.

    dont bother you will watcxh a queue screen for hours.... rediculous..... well worth the $$ spent...
