XP from Mobs

There needs to be an examining of XP that comes from mobs.

It seems like level does not affect the amount significantly or maybe even at all.
The star affects the XP and the type of mob but not the level. Consider changing this bc it's quite a grind.

The exp needed to level up jumps up by big degrees, but I noticed the same that exp gains went down as I leveled. Fighting a lvl9 mob with a small group of lvl5's resulted in only ~80exp gained, meanwhile the lvl2-lvl5 goblins around the starter area were granting anywhere from 150-300 to us while we were lvl3-lvl4.

Even though we added two people to the group, the math doesn't check out that tackling a mob almost double the group's level gives less exp than killing mobs on level parity.
