Chest slider shouldnt make the whole torso change in size.
Also the size is to small.

If you want massive pectorals, that's the muscularity/weight ration slider. If you want a wide upper half of the torso, that's the shoulders slider.
If you want the chest to expand, the rest of the torso expands with it, that's how ribs work.

Edit: I just now realised you might have been talking about female bodies in particular. Different priorities, I guess. I also don't use chest as a euphemism for breast.
Boobs have been announced to be adjustable though, so where's the problem there? Ah, are they locked together? Hm. I guess I can see both sides. They probably don't want to encourage Barbie stereotypes.

We need a Positional Fat Feature. We'll call it PFF.

You can choose how much fat you want on your character and then you can place that fat literally anywhere and in any shape or form.

Now THAT would revolutionize character creators. Want WHOLEASS DUMPTRUCK? You got it. Want Humungous hungolomghnonoloughongous? You got them. Want to be shaped like a literal pear? YOU GOD DAMN GOT THEM.
