Noob question, traveling

just a noob question, is there any form of teleport for traveling?
its quite a long way to travel between nodes.

    They said it would only be a thing unlockable by certain node high level node things. I think science cities or something?

    If you're referring to traditional "fast travel" like the gryphons in WoW, no it wont be in this game.

    With the exception of the Nodes with specific focuses (science, etc.), you'll have to run on foot or mount up.

    during a2 at least upto P3 when metros are unlocked ( even then there prob wont be two scientific metros) you are stuck running around on foot / horse.

    full release there plans to be quicker ways to get around slightly but still takes time. no real teleport where you want at anytime convience like other mmo's

    no such thing as fast travel.

    Science Node might have "fast travel" to other Science Nodes.

    But this is an old school inspired MMO with a slower pace to things. make friends with a bard or be a bard.

    To add, they've started making mounts more viable (IMO) in order to compensate for not having a 'taxi system' style of fast travel.
