cant log on to the launcher it fails to authenticate me every time

i hate when people are so cold and uninforming. it's not just cause the servers are down, it has nothing to do with the game servers. this is a problem with authintication from intrepids cloud service. all i can say is that when they(dev;s) are patching config/booting up new servers, as well as the many patches for glitches,bugs,model rend,terrain plots,pathing issues, the cloud service might be put on a hold status. i belive that is the issue here. because it is effecting old and new players alike. i hope this helps. and sorry for people that just want to "brush it off". good luck. p.s. i'm having the same problem. hope to see you playing soon.

Nah the other guy is right on this one. Sure you and others can run into authentication errors during the test, but currently it's due to the servers not being online. Direct quote from the discord:

"**Friendly FYI for our new First Wave friends** - While you can install the launcher for Alpha Two now, **you may not be able to install the game client until the realms are up for this weekend's test**"

.

You need to wait till they say that you can patch the game client, that's when they have the authentication up and running.
