Disable PvP inside towns

Right now there is massive abuse of the guild wars. There are no cooldowns and no consequenses to being a bad influence on the server.

Getting one-shot while looking at your storage in a town because you got no warning that a guildwar was started 2 seconds ago is not engaging gameplay. PvP should be risk and reward based, as it's been stated so many times for AoC. Right now it's not risk and reward, it's abuse without consequenses.

Change this and make guildwars have a countdown of atleast an hour after it's been declared to when it starts so the defending guild have an opportunity to organize and make towns a non-PvP area!

Anyone who's played PVP games like Ultima Online and such know how many scams and griefs its possible to do in town if it's not a pvp-immune zone (and ideally pve-immune to prevent griefing mob dragging).
