For an effect that is meant to act like a physical Damage Over Time, its hardly noticeable when it comes to effectiveness as any sort of damage source, same goes for hemorrhage. Boost it up to where the "burning" effect is in terms of stacking and time, and it might actually be noticeable. Give me that 24 second bleed stack so I can actually enjoy a build around the effect since so many abilities revolve around fighter inflicting bleed effects

    Judging by the description text for Rupture, Bleeding should be stacking anyway. It seems like a bug to me that it stacks when applied by different players but it won't when applied by the same player.

    Would be nice if player character bleeds were even half as good as Highwaymen Arsonist burns or the poison from the mushroom mobs. Playing a Ranger I ignore any of the damage over time bleeds or precursor statuses like dazed in favor of snares. Tiny dots and situational debuffs are far less effective than keeping the NPC from ever getting into melee range to you.
