DLSS and performance issue
I have spent quite a while looking for answers for this problem.
For context, these are my specs:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700F CPU @ 2.90GHz
RAM: 16.0 GB
GPU-Prozessor: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
In P1 I played on low setting with tolerable stutters and some freezes, now with p2 the game is constantly freezing, sometimes being somewhat tolerable but most of the time it's downright unplayable.
For some reason DLSS isn't available due to "incompatible hardware", despite the 2060 being able to handle DLSS.
I'm at my wits and couldn't find anything on this specific issue.

Well at least I'm not the only one...
***EDIT: DLSS frame generation is only supported for 4xxx series cards and I wasn't aware. That being said, I am still unable to adjust resolution quality though.
I have a 4070 Super and cannot enable Frame Generation, says it's not supported by RHI
I also have Hardware Acceleration GPU enabled in Windows.
