Caravan can't be Recovered

Caravan is currently stuck behind and invisible wall and cannot be recovered. Any suggestions? Recover caravan button is greyed out because it's too far away behind the wall. Was just trying to use the coastline to avoid getting Raided but now I've lost my Dwarven Puzzle Box.

    Update - Now it's gone gone. My 2 Gold Willow Chasis, 2 gold Caravan Cover, Beast of Burden, Wheels, and the Dwarven Puzzle Box. Checked all applicable Nodes caravan Masters, Storage, Cargo etc. Recover Caravan Button is also gone. Still have the defender Shield by my name though? RIP =/ Happy New Year I guess hahaha

    Same My caravan Is stuck on waiting to deploy after a crash, I can't summon it, I cant even launch a new one I built after I spent 7.2g upgrading it. Sucks im lvl 25 now and basically have to reroll if I ever want to do a caravan again. I put in a bug ticket and emailed support, but they just emailed back that they dont offer in game support yet. So im down like 14 gold with out the ability to run caravans anymore :(

    Lost 1 during a server reboot and now guildy has the "Can't turn bug": tried everything and 2nd time in 24 hours for our guild
