Game freezes on start up

Hi there,

Ever since phase 2 started, I cannot play the game at att. It freezes approx. 10 seconds after start up, no matter what I do. I can't change settings, change realms, create a character, nothing as it freezes and sometimes crashes. First noticed this on 22nd December and persisted since in spite of the update patches.
I was able to play during phase 1 with minimal issues and was looking forward to increase play time, but since 20 dec I was unable to get past the create character screen.
Tried repairing, delete & reinstall, reinstalling drivers, updating Windows, nothing helped.
Opened a ticket a few weeks ago and nothing (#74300).
Specs:
Win11 Pro
Ryzen 7 7700X
Radeon 7900XT
32GB RAM

Please help.
