    Just stop spreading misinformation and that part of the discussion will end. Even the childish parts.

    Most completed item drops will be of low quality items, but there is a small RNG chance of looting rare and legendary items or crafting materials from mobs based on the level, status and type of mob. This also applies to harvesting resources with a gathering profession.[2][19][20]

    There are definitely some changes/cutbacks that may affect your interest/perception of the game (best of luck to all Devs, this isn't meant to imply things are gonna turn out bad, but there are some 'lost things' that might have been important to some).

    I think it's a problem when you can team for 19 lvls and only get two pieces of gear that have stats on it you need. When I dinged 19 my Bard had only two items with int on them from drops. I spent most of my time in dungeons as well.
