Unable to turn on DLSS and launch the game

Hello, I have seen similar questions being asked already, but I got a bit of a different situation.

My game does not launch normally. It only launches if I enable GPU crash debugging. However, when I do that, I am unable to enable DLSS because it is not supported by RHI. After some digging, I found out that you can enable it by turning off GPU crash debugging. However, if I do that, I am unable to enter the game at all. The EAC just says "Waiting for game" then disappears.

Is there any way to bypass that and force enable DLSS through the game files or Nvidia control panel? Or possibly any fixes to play without GPU crash debugging?

I am using a 4060ti.

In my case I have to re-enable DLSS every time the game starts, but it works. I also have 4000 series card. I run this driver version, just in case that helps:

Weirdly enough, these drivers sorted it out. Woke up, installed them. now the game is smooth as butter with DLSS. Cheers mate!
