Game fails to load

I have been playing/testing since 12/20/24. Relatively new.

The launcher updated without issue. However, after clicking "launch game", the splash screen loads, it initializes the game then progresses to "waiting for game" which runs for 8 seconds and it just stops. There is no error message of any kind.

I have tried the following: Repair, Reinstall, reboot, uninstall, reinstall, reboot, run as administrator, running the client on its own, everything I can think of and the result is the same...it disappears after "Waiting for Game".

Unable to do anything at all at this point.

This is exactly the problem I'm now having, except my computer completely freezes after that Waiting for Game has been up for a moment or two. Did you ever get it fixed? If so, how?
