Cosmetics System. Cosmetics should be individual pieces

I believe because this is a more modern game it should have a more modern approach to cosmetic customization something similar to what the game "Once Human" has where you can sell or obtain through gameplay whole costumes; However, instead of it being 1 piece limited customization it should be broken down into individual gear slots. This would further the appearance customization options, giving players more of a wide range to choose from rather than it being whole costumes like guild wars 2. Which guild wars uses an older system due to it being an older game. I believe that quality of life change would be great for the game. There could also be individual pieces both obtainable through gameplay and purchasable but the costumes concept as a whole should be broken down to a whole costume but with different pieces for different slots making up the whole costume.

Also the system should work similar to WoWs maybe where the items you equip become a possible cosmetic choice in the future.

Just as an FYI to you @ManHoof - We do intend to have Accessory Cosmetic Skins which are INDIVIDUAL to the slot. For example, a head piece costmetic skin that goes only on your head, etc.

We ALSO have Costume Cosmetic Skins which take over the full look of your character's outfit.

So we have both.

In regards to how this will function in-game, we have not implemented that yet, so thanks for your feedback.

It's cool that you are here replying to these comments, I have a question I would love to ask you regarding cosmetics and if you have any info at all it would be much appreciated

As far as I can see or what I have read on the Reddit/wiki,the quivers for rangers are going to be a cosmetic back slot item, It would be really unfortunate if that means we have to choose between both a cloak or a quiver as both are extremely immersive to the ranger fantasy, my question is, will it be possible to use both?

And follow-up question, if you purchased a full body cosmetic, but that cosmetic does not include a cloak in the costume, will it be possible to add a cloak to the set that you have purchased as a single set piece or will that set be forever cloakless

Can I get cosmetic glasses that show a players actual gear, so I don't see their cosmetics?
