[GM please help] Char broken. 0 hp/mp/sta. All mobs are green

My char got ruined somehow.
I have 0 main stats. Secondary stats are -100%.
All mobs are friendly from me but still attack

Other chars on the same server are ok. Restart, dying won't help.
Guess only GMs could help with that?

Well, if you sum up how many patches have passed, then nothing has been fixed, it only got worse, the mounts and rations stopped working. At least it used to work(

Yea I gave up. Just started a new toon.
That’s clear for me that dev team is just a few people. They clearly have no time to deal with such problems.

devs are based in san diego, i imagine a single gms salary must be like 5000 or 6000 dollars, so ofc they dont spend that much now for an alpha

Interesting I got that once, I logged in, my character somehow ended up naked, with similar broken HP etc values, and when I moved my character started flying upwards until I no longer could see the ground. Luckily restarting the game fixed it for me.

Nothing has changed, all the edits have come down to the fact that the character stopped hanging in the air and that's it, but everything else remains the same. Zero-based stats skills don't work The Persian is naked.

Today on 07\02\2025(dd\MM\yyyy) after 1,5 month I got my character fixed

All interactions were done via support ticket from website.

I'm glad for you that you were able to reach them after all. Unfortunately, everything is still the same for me, the character is absolutely not playable, and I have repeatedly written tickets in support of everything to no avail.

More time has passed, I wrote to the support service, wrote a bug report in the game, it just doesn't make sense, and now it's 100% clear that the support , that the developers just put the problem on a big and thick bolt. With such an attitude to the problems of the players, the game will die even before the start, people will simply stop supporting it, I'm sure.
