Game Freezes on start

Before server was shut down i was trying to launch ashes on my wife's pc and i failed so miserably. 3 days i was strugling and can't find the issue. I reinstalled fresh win 11. Installed latest rtx video driver. Downloaded the game everything is ok. Logging to the game. Everything is ok. Since loading is done and character in game the screen freezes. Ok i reinstall game, reinstall drivers. Start launching still at beggining game freezes. Ok so i had reinstalled windows again checked if card is ok on benchmark, downloaded throne and liberty (Runing no problems). Then start Ashes same problem again. Ok i lover resolution to lovest same problem. Fix dll files, same problem. Im in dark alley and have no idea what else to do? pls help someone

So video card is ok, but what about the rest of her system? I am currently upgrading my PC (just realized it's 6 y old!). My problem is a 6 y old video card, albeit a good one, and a smaller SSD. Hows her processor, enough RAM? Just a suggestion. You seem to know what you're doing.
