Connection to realm timed out

I bought this game access for Christmas, and I have not been able to log in for more than 5 minutes at a time. It does a very long load that sits at 75% for a very long time and then finally loads. After loading I can't see any other character models. After 2 to 5 minutes, I get disconnected and it says connection to realm timed out. This has been happening for a week straight. Has anyone solved this issue?

    btw I do have all the minimum specs. I have a G0-Force 2060 super, Quad I7 2.9ghz, 32gb ram, 64bit win 11

    Last night I got online and was able to play normal for 15 minutes before the game messed up. I was receiving but not sending information out. I could see other people doing things, but I couldn't do anything.

    same here , i've managed to get to level 3 and down the hill but thats as far as i can get and that is in 3 days of trying .. frustrating

    This could be your computer spec providing these issues, please check you game is installed onto your SSD not your HDD, i was getting these issues due to this. Remember this is an Alpha optimizations still need to occur for stable game play.

    One of my main characters shows "Connection to realm timed out" when logging in. Other characters don't have this problem. I asked a friend to log in to my account and this character also had the same problem. It seems that the character is stuck. How should I deal with it? This is my main character. . . .

    I am having the exact same issue, and I have 3 different computers with game installed. Same thing on all three: Main character " Connection to the realm Timed out" Even does it on the laptop through hotspot. This is definitely a game issue. All other characters work fine.
