Where are Sigils?

ive been searching them a lot in phase one and on the roadmap but didnt find anything about if they are still planned or not.
does anyone know better pls?

i think they are important for build variety

Keep in mind, as an alpha test, not all items or item types are implemented yet.

The last we heard about them was just last year, so we have no reason to assume they have been cut - they just aren't fully implemented yet.

If it had been a few years since we heard them mentioned, it would be valid to be concerned - but as it was just last year Steven last talked about them, there is no reason to assume they aren't still planned.

sigils where mentioned to be in at the start of phase one prior to the start of it. im pretty sure they were also on the roadmap at first. thats why im asking
