We Need Answers

If there is someone still active within the company who wasn't let go (fired, laid off, or resigned), shedding light on the future of the servers would greatly ease the concerns of many players. We are looking for some clarity on the situation, as the recent news of Steam ceasing sales of Ashes of Creation has created a lot of unrest within the community. The community is struggling, and any information would be greatly appreciated.

The game has been de-listed on steam. If the servers are still up enjoy it while you can. When it comes back in 2 years as Ashes Unchained I'm sure the new developers well have a narrative for what happened, but we'll probably never know what actually happened.

I am genuinely sad to see what has transpired over the last 3 days, but leaving the ENTIRE COMMUNITY up in the air with no explanation is absolutely unacceptable. I still enjoy the game, would rather not move on, but with no answers, what choice do any of us have?? I do not want to believe it was an actual "scam", maybe a failed dream/project, but at this point it is hard to believe anything BUT a scam…

I am so confused. I finally get my steam account linked today, and the whole game is gone? It connected and it's downloading now…. but I won't be able to play it anyway?

You'll be able to get in the servers for as long as they're up. We just don't know how long that will be.

Get a refund within 30 days if you bought alpha via steam, but guessing your a kickstarter like myself and need information on whats going on.
