That's why I just paused all shields for 10 mins by right clicking avast in the task bar. After that I was able to install it, and then I added the program to the exception list so I could avoid more… (View Post)1 -

Another option is just to disable all shields for 10 mins. It made me do that to install the file once it had downloaded, otherwise it just kept deleting the file before I could add it as an exceptio… (View Post)1 -

FIXED. Avast was blocking the link. I had to make an exception by copying the link of the download, then deleting everything after ".com/" in the address so Avast would let me add it as an … (View Post)2
