You can use any weapon in its magic version. My bard for example uses a shortbow and a 2h sword with spelldmg instead of physical damage. (View Post)2 -

Well yes, of course, alt-friendly translates directly to player-friendly, and is obviously completely opposed to roleplay. But then, so are other things in the game, like attaching your 2handed sword… (View Post)2
