Can you please change which skin you have on offer? Have no desire to look like Santa in an online game and that may very well be the only thing holding me back from buying.
Cheers!

Intrepid does take your complaint serious and will announce a new cosmetic pack just for you.
Thanks for the actually informative and non-sarcastic response.
Appreciated!
Looks like a good one in my humble opinion ... especially since I like the Py'rai.

That Owl-raptor is alright.
This is my personal feedback, shared to help the game thrive in its niche.
I'm a sucker for owls, it is going into my inventory.
I got a month to think about it.
On one hand, I love owls.
On the other hand, I don't want my dollars to be mistaken as a vote for more of the rest aesthetic in the pack.
It just seems like something that would be in Zoolander making fun of that whole "Fashion" world no one is good enough to be a part of...
Very confused. I wish I knew more about how they evaluate these packs success internally.

I'm just buying the owl, but I know not everyone can buy things one piece at a time. I wouldn't pay money for the rest of the stuff.
The fox-looking thing is okay but just seems lazy. It's like when someone makes a "special edition" action figure that is all see-through plastic and unpainted. It just looks like you didn't finish it.
The freehold cosmetic is also okay, I guess, but a little "frou-frou" to me. It looks like something from Naboo in the Phantom Menace film.
The boat looks like a regular sailboat, like something you'd see trying to win the America's Cup. Boring.
The costume looks like something from the Capitol in the Hunger Games. No thank you.
But luckily I can just buy the owl. When it becomes available, I still see last month's stuff in the shop.
So I'm partial to that thing.

I would like to ask for an answer on whether or not we'll be able to use the sticky out bits of the building cosmetic skin, or whether it's just for display on the outside. I'd be pretty disappointed to think that I'd be getting some sort of balcony section only to find that it's not in the actual building blueprint.
As has been said before, we need a bit more clarity on the cosmetic skins and how they'll be used in-game.
I happily await receiving.
And... purchased the 375 pack. Love this project...
Those raised sections look like they are designed to rotate around the building - is it just for show, or might they actually slowly orbit the building ingame?
I don't think they review how each one performs financially as that would imply a level of management capability that they don't appear to apply to the game development. i.e. if they had those "control loops" in place for one area of operations then they would also have them in place for others, which isn't the impression I get, otherwise game development would have progressed further.
[wandering off topic....Individuals can clearly do their job well and work within teams, I just don't see evidence of the next tier up, an overall project structure, in what Intrepid share. I don't think Intrepid have the project planning tools in place to predict a completion date.
Maybe it's a deliberate choice to hide that level of internal information, but it doesn't feel like that to me.]
1) I didn't even know I had been banned
2) I didn't violate any rule I am aware of
3) Your first step after someone sends you 375 bucks is to ban them? Is there a refund policy? Because if this is how you treat people who drop a pile of cash at your doorstep, consider me disinterested.
Right on. Maybe. I just got an odd email stating as such and am boggling, currently. Appreciate the response.

(Don't worry, if anyone but you clicks on it they will get an error that they don't have permission.)
I believe if there were any actions against you, you'll see something listed under "Notes". I've managed to somehow stay out of trouble in all my time here, so my page is blank for me.
I'm not going to lie. I own this cosmetic.
