Why does my account keep getting banned?

I need some help here. I don't know why I keep getting banned? I'm a backer of this game and rarely post. Just now and then when I see posts I don't agree with or support threads I like what's suggested. Please let me know what I am doing wrong?

    Under my notifications on the forums it says again "You have been Unbanned"

    Greetings catibrie,

    When you make a change to your account, such as resetting the password or updating your email address, your account is temporarily locked until that process is complete. And part of that is locking your forum account as well. The "You have been unbanned email" (without a corresponding "You have been banned" email) is a product of this process.

    We are working to make this process less confusing, and hope to have an update in the near future.
